You'd be surprised how many people cannot articulate what matters to them and for what reasons.
What environments do you thrive in? How do you respond to large organizations or small teams? Who epitomizes a perfect manager? Who do you become when you work alone vs. in teams? Despite what most people think, it's not the interview or the resume prep that defines career clarity. It's working through and identifying the elements that make you the best version of yourself.
Do you find yourself blocked by saboteurs and self-critical judgments? How frustrated do you get with time management and accountability? Do you perform better when you have structure or freedom? Part of our journey in working together will be to give you specific tools and skills to make the tough decisions (or ask for help as needed)!
If so, reach out to me. Let's discuss what you need, and if there's a match, we can find time for an initial discussion.
From executives to high potential employees, I can help coach your key employees on topics of performance, job satisfaction, and soft skill development - with a focus on retaining these employees.
Workforce planning backed by data and business objectives.
Thoughtful recruiting plans and talent attraction efforts.
Meaningful change management and communication efforts which don't rely on Powerpoint presentations that drown your colleagues in words and pictures.
I can bring my experience supporting HR and business transformations across numerous industries to your organization.
Whether it's a high-level strategy (defining what DEI looks like in your organization or laying out key metrics for your business leaders) or down-in-the-weeds action (enabling your employee resource groups, designing DIBS programs), I can help your organization realize the importance of diversity and inclusion programs and help your business leadership (not just HR!) team embrace the power of belonging.
Coaches are just like all of their clients - still human and sometimes in need of a little coaching themselves.
Please note that although I'd love to serve as a mentor coach for any CPCC candidates through CTI, I cannot serve in this role because I do not currently have a PCC accreditation through the ICF!
Building a business is not something any of us are born with. It's a skill that is grown through knowledge, failure, experimentation, and finding what the market demands. From identifying your niche to marketing to that audience to setting up all of the logistical elements that go into a business (purchasing, invoicing, financials, surveys, accounting, etc.), we can work together to help you build the coaching business you need and want.
Coaching involves working with someone to deal with an unresolved issue. That issue can be anything, including but not limited to the following:
Coaching is NOT about me telling you what to do - it's about helping you to realize the innate power and confidence you've had all along. My role is to guide and shepherd.
Once we get further into the career exploration journey, I often help my clients address:
Test-drive the car before you take it off the lot!
I will send you an intake form so I can better understand what you are working on, then we will spend 45 minutes in a live session discussing a topic you'd like to be coached on. This session also gives you a chance to decide for yourself if there’s a fit (style, questions, interactions, subject matter expertise, etc.)
The cost for an introductory session is $175, of which I will donate $50 to the charity of your choice upon session completion.
You're ready for this? Fantastic!
My typical coaching process involves 60-minute coaching sessions spaced out every two weeks. Gaps of more than two weeks between sessions usually diminish the accountability of the coachee and effectiveness of our check-in's.
My minimum required commitment is twelve sessions (approximately six months). We also can do sessions more frequently, depending on what you need.
The cost of ongoing sessions is $3000 for twelve sessions. I ask for half ($1500) to be paid in advance of the first six sessions, with the remaining $1500 to be paid in advance of the final six sessions.
Please note that I offer a 20% discount for full-time students (both undergraduate and graduate), non-profit professionals, and transitioning military individuals and milspouses. Please mention this during your initial outreach and send proof to be eligible! For these groups, the trial session is $140, and the ongoing coaching relationship is $200 per hour.
If you are interested in learning more, feel free to reach out and let me know what you're looking for. 30-minute exploratory conversations (in which we discuss what you're looking for and how I work) are free of charge.
