From identifying your niche to marketing to that audience to setting up all of the logistical elements that go into a business (purchasing, invoicing, financials, surveys, accounting, etc.), we can work together to help you build the coaching business you need and want.

Let's start with what coaching with Aaron is all about
Coaching involves working with someone to deal with an unresolved issue. That issue can be anything, including but not limited to the following:
- How do I find a job where I love to go to work?
- What elements should I consider in my next job?
- Why am I so unfulfilled in my current role?
- What steps do I need to take to be the best version of myself?
- Where do I see myself in five years?
- How can I take on activities (paid or volunteer) that are deeply meaningful?
Coaching is NOT about me telling you what to do - it's about helping you to realize the innate power and confidence you've had all along. My role is to guide and shepherd.
Once we get further into the career exploration journey, I often help my clients address:

- Mastering how to tell stories

- Redefining the role of work in one's life
- Maintaining work-life balance
- and many other elements!
How does a coaching relationship with CoachingAF work?
Formal Coaching Services
For a formal coaching relationship, we have two ways to start working together:
1.) A 45-minute Trial Session ($250*), of which I will donate $50 to a charity of your choice
Test-drive the car before you take it off the lot!
I will send you an intake form so I can better understand what you are working on, then we will spend 45 minutes in a live session discussing a topic you'd like to be coached on. This session also gives you a chance to decide for yourself if there’s a fit (style, questions, interactions, subject matter expertise, etc.)
The cost for an introductory session is $250, of which I will donate $50 to the charity of your choice upon session completion. I reserve the right to request an alternate charity/nonprofit (don't worry - I've never actually done this).
2.) Ongoing Coaching Relationship ($400* per hour, in packages of 12 sessions)
You're ready for this? Fantastic!
My typical coaching process involves 60-minute coaching sessions spaced out every two weeks. Gaps of more than two weeks between sessions usually diminish the accountability of the coachee and effectiveness of our check-in's.
My minimum required commitment is twelve sessions (approximately six months). We also can do sessions more frequently, depending on what you need.
The cost of ongoing sessions is $4800 for twelve sessions. I ask for half ($2400) to be paid in advance of the first six sessions, with the remaining $2400 to be paid in advance of the final six sessions. This includes a Hogan Assessment and one of the sessions will be dedicated to a Hogan debrief.
*Discounted Rate for Students, Non-Profit Professionals, and Transitioning Military/Milspouses
Please note that I offer a 20% discount for full-time students (both undergraduate and graduate), non-profit professionals, and transitioning military individuals and milspouses. Please mention this during your initial outreach and send proof to be eligible! For these groups, the trial session is $200, and the ongoing coaching relationship is $320 per hour.
