I will send you an intake form so I can better understand what you are working on, then we will spend 45 minutes in a live session discussing a topic you'd like to be coached on. This session also gives you a chance to decide for yourself if there’s a fit (style, questions, interactions, subject matter expertise, etc.)
The cost for an introductory session is $175, of which I will donate $50 to the charity of your choice upon session completion.

My typical coaching process involves 60-minute coaching sessions spaced out every two weeks. Gaps of more than two weeks between sessions usually diminish the accountability of the coachee and effectiveness of our check-in's.
My minimum required commitment is twelve sessions (approximately six months). We also can do sessions more frequently, depending on what you need.
The cost of ongoing sessions is $3000 for twelve sessions. I ask for half ($1500) to be paid in advance of the first six sessions, with the remaining $1500 to be paid in advance of the final six sessions.
Please note that I offer a 20% discount for full-time students (both undergraduate and graduate), non-profit professionals, and transitioning military individuals and milspouses. Please mention this during your initial outreach and send proof to be eligible! For these groups, the trial session is $140, and the ongoing coaching relationship is $200 per hour.
