I'm a CTI-trained Coach and a lifelong student of organizational development
Hi there! My name is Aaron and in addition to having a fancy headshot, I have been coaching professionals and students from a wide variety of backgrounds and industries for the last 10 years. I hold the Certified Professional Co-Active Coach (CPCC) designation, which came as the result of completing the Co-Active Training Institute (CTI) coach training program in 2018 and Coach Certification Program in 2021. I am also recognized as a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) through the International Coaching Federation (ICF), which recognizes my experience and knowledge of coaching methods.
In addition, I've built mentorship programs for Ascend Leadership (a nonprofit focused on leadership development) and training programs for Merrill Lynch and LinkedIn going back to 2004 - so growth and development are embedded in my experiences.
I bring deep business experience to our coaching
By day, I lead DEI and Culture for the Americas at WSAudiology, the world's third largest hearing aid manufacturer. I help build programs to improve inclusion so we can bring hearing experiences for millions of people across the world.
I've worked in tech sales, management consulting, and nonprofit management jobs. I've worked for or consulted with a wide range of organizations, from financial services and non-profit to government entities and technology, consumer products, and biotech companies.
While my coaching does not explicitly involve telling people how to proceed or what to do, my wide-ranging experience also enables me to answer your questions on things like interviewing, industry-specific challenges, and negotiation.

I was born in San Francisco, consider myself a New Yorker at heart, and currently live in North Bergen, NJ. My son Cooper (who is strapped to my chest in the pic above) and daughter Clementine are the lights in my life, shining bright and beautiful.
When I am not working or coaching, I am playing tennis or badminton, traveling or working on "Go See the World," a blog which chronicles my quest to see 100 countries by my 50th birthday (I'm at 42 countries now!).
I have an MBA with a focus on Human and Organizational Development from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, a BA in Business Administration from the University of Puget Sound, and I hold the Senior Professional in HR (SPHR) certification.
