Having completed the Co-Active coaching program offered by the Coaches Training Institute (CTI), I am well versed in the best ways to help you approach your coaching goals.
I've been formally coaching individuals for eight years and building mentorship and training programs (at Ascend, and Merrill Lynch, for example) for nearly 15 years.
I've worked for financial services, non-profit, and technology organizations - and consulted to governments, consumer products, and biotech companies. I hold an MBA from Vanderbilt University's Owen Graduate School of Management, with a focus on Human and Organizational Development.
I spend my days working at LinkedIn as a Solutions Consultant and Talent Brand Strategist, where I help our largest global clients solve their recruiting, learning, sales, and marketing challenges.
When I'm not traveling for work, my other passion is traveling for fun - and I write a blog called "Go See the World" which captures my quest to see 100 countries by my 45th birthday.
I live in the suburbs of Chicago with my wife Caitlin, our son Cooper, and our three-legged, one eyed dog Abbott.
If you have questions about how I work with my clients, how you specifically can benefit from a session, or to schedule a trial session, please email or call me!
